On this page I present the geographic center of Oregon, technically it's Post, but since Paulina is so nearby, I include it also. Both Post and Paulina are really remote places: you drive to Prineville, then follow the Crooked River south and east for about an hour to reach them. It's all ranching country. By the way, when I passed through Post summer 2017, the town was for sale for 1/2 million dollars-- that was the store/post office/restaurant and everything associated!
